Today, I walk this path as a certified Medium, Reiki Master Teacher, Shamanic Practitioner, and Kundalini Yoga & Breathwork Guide. My mission? For those feeling the stirrings of the healer within, I am now offering a complete Reiki Attunement journey—from Level I through Master Teacher. Format: Two Zoom Sessions (2–3 hours each)
Focus: Multidimensional initiation into Reiki through breathwork, movement, shamanic journeying, and energetic attunement

Theme: Introduction, Preparation & Foundations of Energy Healing
Duration: 2–3 hours
1. Opening Sacred Space (10–15 min)
- Grounding meditation
- Light invocation + intention setting
- Brief group introductions
2. Kundalini Movement + Breathwork Activation (25–30 min)
- Gentle, guided Kundalini kriya to activate prana
- Breathwork to open the energy channels and prepare for receiving
3. Introduction to Reiki (30–40 min)
- History + lineage of Usui Reiki
- Principles of Reiki (Gokai)
- What Reiki is and what it is not
- How Reiki works: energy, chakras, and subtle body
4. Shamanic Healing & Journeying Overview (30–40 min)
- Role of Spirit guides and ancestors
- What journeying is and how it relates to energy work
- Guided introductory shamanic journey to meet a healer guide or animal ally
5. The Healer’s Path + Q&A (30–40 min)
- Walking between worlds
- Ethics and responsibility of holding energy
- How to begin sensing and channeling energy
- Sharing, integration, and closing
🌿 Session 2: Activation & Attunement
Theme: Embodiment, Initiation & Soul Alignment
Duration: 2–3 hours
1. Opening: Activation Breathwork + Kundalini Flow (30–40 min)
- A deeper breathwork sequence to clear, align, and open the energy body
- Short intentional movement to awaken and stabilize pranic flow
2. Guided Shamanic Meditation & Journey (30–40 min)
- Deep journey into the heart or light temple
- Meeting Spirit guides / Reiki guide
- Receiving intuitive symbols or visions in preparation for attunement
3. Reiki Level 1 Group Attunement Ceremony (40–60 min)
- Sacred invocation + ceremony setup
- Group energetic attunement (with visualization if virtual)
- Integration time: journaling, optional sharing
4. Practical Reiki Training & Daily Practice (30–45 min)
- Hand positions for self-healing
- Suggested daily practice
- How to begin using Reiki in your life
